Clapham kitchen front-on: white fluted island bench with timber stools, pendant lights and a lit Eleganto Gold stone splashback
Featured project

Clapham

A modern coastal kitchen: light, calm and made for everyday living.

Soft natural tones and crisp custom joinery frame a statement surface in Lavistone's LS402 Eleganto Gold. The same restrained palette carries through the home, from oak floors and timber vanities to brushed brass tapware, a freestanding bath and a considered laundry.

It is the result of builder, joiner and designer working as one from the outset, with every junction of stone, timber and tile resolved before it was built.

Addition

An addition in Willunga

A laundry, a bathroom and a bedroom, shaped by round walls of rammed earth.

The new rooms are defined by their curved rammed-earth walls: earth compacted layer by layer to form solid walls of natural texture and thermal mass.

In the bathroom, glazed green tile sits above honed, stone-look porcelain. A floating timber vanity is washed in concealed light, with a stone vessel basin and matte black tapware carried through to the shower.

A wall of timber battens

A full-height feature wall lined in vertical timber battens, run floor to ceiling down the hallway. Each line is kept true over the full height, so the rhythm of the battens reads cleanly from end to end and the grain warms the light through the day.

Renovation · Aldgate

Hills meets Hamptons

A kitchen renovation in Aldgate, beneath a raked ceiling of exposed timber beams.

White shaker cabinetry, pale stone benchtops and a blue-green tiled splashback, with a timber rangehood, glazed upper cabinets and garden views through timber-framed windows.

Second-storey addition

A second-storey addition

A new upper level, built over the original red-brick home.

White weatherboard and black-framed windows sit above the existing brickwork, with solar set across the new roof. The house looks out to the hills on one side and to the sea on the other.

Second-storey additions are often more complex than they appear. We bring the experience to take a home upward, adding valuable space for growing families, and manage every stage, from concept design, council approvals and engineering to the final clean of the cabinetry at handover.

Additional living space

A granny flat has become a popular way to add value to a home while keeping loved ones close. Ours are far from a shed in the backyard: they are purpose-designed, well-built small homes that take the idea to another level.

An outdoor room for every season

An opening louvre roof sets the mood: tilt the blades open to sun and sky, or close them against rain and summer heat. Beneath it, an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and BBQ serves a long dining table built for family and friends, while a TV mounted on the red-brick wall makes it a place to linger well after the meal.

Every join, fixing and finish was carried out with the same care as the house itself, so the space is as dependable as it is easy to enjoy, season after season.
